In order to comprehensively demonstrate the spirit of moral education, self-confidence and self-improvement of our teachers, further create a strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education, and guide all teachers to vigorously promote the spirit of educators, the school held the Vigorously Promote the Spirit of Educators, Accelerate the Construction of an Education Strong Country Teacher Ethics and Teacher Style Theme Education Activity on September 25th.

At the beginning of the meeting, the attendees watched a video titled "The Spirit of Educators in My Heart", which was understood by Gu Mingyuan, an educator and senior professor at Beijing Normal University, and Chen Liqun, a model of the times and outstanding Communist Party member in China. The profound insights and noble spirit of the two educators provided valuable inspiration and reference for every teacher present.

Subsequently, Gao Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Dean of the college, deeply interpreted the Code of Conduct for Teachers at Nanjing University and delivered the core speech of the theme education on teacher ethics and style. He emphasized in the report that teachers should be firm believers, active disseminators, and exemplary practitioners of socialist core values. At the same time, he specifically mentioned that teachers at Nanjing University have a dual role as educators and scientists. While balancing their teaching duties, they should also actively participate in scientific research work, and use scientific research to support teaching and improve teaching quality and level.
In the later stage of the meeting, Dai Wangzhou, Yuan Xiaotong, and Zhang Shaoqun, the three teachters expressed their own thoughts. Teacher Dai Wangzhou stated that the system of supervisors being the first responsible person for students should be implemented, while emphasizing the crucial role of supervisors in the growth process of students, and expressing a firm belief in the cause of education.

Yuan Shaotong expressed that he deeply feels the strong driving force behind the flourishing development of the college, and will integrate this force into daily teaching and research to help every student steadily move forward on their academic and life paths.

Zhang Shaoqun shared his thoughts, stating that teachers should always carry a sense of responsibility towards their students, continue to learn and improve themselves, keep up with the pace of the times, ensure that their knowledge system is synchronized with the latest technologies, methods, and students' thinking development, in order to better inspire wisdom and lead the future.
This theme education activity on teacher ethics and style not only enhances the ideological realm and professional competence of teachers, but also injects new vitality into promoting the development of school education. The School of Intelligence Science and Technology will continue to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and style, guide teachers to vigorously promote the spirit of educators, and contribute to accelerating the construction of an educational powerhouse.
