To help undergraduate students find their own positioning, clarify their development direction, and improve their comprehensive abilities more targeted, on April 19th, the School of Intelligent Science and Technology held an experience sharing meeting for graduate recommendation. This sharing session specially invited Zhou Tong, a counselor from the School of Artificial Intelligence, and Shi Haonan, a 2020 undergraduate student from the School of Artificial Intelligence who has obtained the qualification for graduate recommendation. The sharing session will be hosted by Liu Haohan, the counselor from the School of Intelligent Science and Technology.

Zhou Tong gave an overall introduction on how to enhance his employment confidence from the perspective of career planning, with the title Where Does Confidence in Employment Prospects Come from? Starting from the Perspective of Career Planning. He also introduced possible future development directions in the field of computer science. She encourages students to plan early and make reasonable use of various employment platforms and resources provided by the school and government. Finally, she introduced the relevant senior experiences and time nodes from three paths: employment within the system, employment outside the system, and further education.

Shi Haonan shared his experience in obtaining information, the overall process, preparing for laboratory assessments, and ultimately making choices, as well as participating in summer camps. He sorted out and explained the differences between summer camp and pre recommendation, introduced common terms in the process of recommendation, and put forward many practical suggestions for students at different levels to focus on preparing for postgraduate admission in their third year. At the same time, he also shared his own experiences on campus life in the post graduate school guarantee era and answered questions raised by his classmates.

At the end of the sharing meeting, Liu Haohan once again expressed his gratitude for the strong support of the School of Artificial Intelligence. He stated that the college has paid attention to the needs of senior undergraduate students for peer guidance, and has launched a series of activities called Zhihui Leadership to fully leverage the guidance role of peer groups in students' career planning and career development. In the future, the college will continue to actively invite corresponding friends or corporate guests to the school to hold exchange activities based on the issues that students are concerned about.
